Montana or Bust!

Its 12:28am and I'm done packing. I'm ready to go to bed, but poor Ashton is having a night terror and there is nothing I can do about it but listen and check on him. I hate this. This usually happens when he is over tired. He had his nap today, but he also played soccer and was in the sun all afternoon at Dozer Days. He was pretty grumpy after nap time. Poor Kevin shares a room with him and has to just cover his ears and hope its over soon.

We are starting our road trip to Kalispell, Montana to visit my sister Heather, her husband Jason, my nephew Titus who turns 4 today! and of course sweet baby Talea who I have only seen once and is almost 8 months old. My dad will be helping us drive (thank you Dad! you are the best!) and we will be taking my moms Expedition (thank you Mom!). We are going to stop in Spokane for the night then meet Jason in St. Reggis, which is 2hrs. outside of Kalispell. Dad will then go back to Spokane for work, then home again. We will do the same thing backwards on the 26th.

The boys are really excited to play with their cousin Titus and I am very excited to be able to spend some time with my baby sister! I will try and post some pictures while we are there if I can. This is going to be a nice break from being at home without Jeremy. Its been two weeks with many more to go. We are still looking at the end of June at least. I am literally taking it one day at a time, its the only way I can do this without breaking down. It is hard, but we are doing it. I just hope we don't have to do this again any time soon.

p.s.
Ashton fell back asleep. Its 12:38am.

p.s.s.
We still have not found renters for the house. Please pray that we find someone soon.

My poor sweet Ashton, I know what that is like for him, and like you have said before he does not remember what it was about. That is what happens for me, I have a feeling it is hereditary as my dad had them and his mom, my grandma did too.I know you are all going to have a awesome week. Love mom

Praying for renters Jen! Praying for a safe and easy trip to Montana. And continuing to pray for you. You are so strong and an amazing mom. I know it must be extremely difficult with Jeremy gone for so long. You can do it! Montana will be a great break for you! Can't wait to see pics! Have fun!
