Jordan's hearing test went just fine. He seems to be hearing as he should and they will check him again at 7 months just to make sure everything is developing as it should. They attached three wires to his head and put a tube in his ear and I had to hold him and keep him alseep for 1-1/2 hours while they did the test. I am happy its over and so thankful that God has given us three HEALTHY boys! Thank you for your prayers.

I am not a morning person. Never have been. That is one challenge with having children because they like to get up early! and those sweet little babies like to wake you up every three hours at night which makes it even better! Well the boys started making it a habit of getting up at 6:30am. It's still dark at 6:30am! This doesn't work for me. Luckily I have a smart 4yr. old who knows his numbers, so I told him that they (Kevin & Ashton share a room and usually get up together) cannot get up until the first number on their clock is a '7'. Kevin likes to follow the rules, which is good for me. So he does not leave his room now until 7am. Since then as soon as it hits 7:00 exactly I hear the pitter patter of little feet upstairs. Well I started thinking what if I set their clock behind a little? (sshhh don't tell them!) then I could keep them in their room until 7:30am! So while my 'mommy brain' was trying to figure out how to reset their clock I accidentally set their clock AHEAD. Dang it! We found this out the hard way. The next morning they were barreling down the stairs at 6:30am! Kevin said there was a '7' on his clock! Jeremy and I looked at each other and I realized then what I had done. I was just happy it happened on a morning Jeremy was home (Jeremy IS a morning person and is always up before the kids) So this morning I didn't hear them until 7:30am! yeah, it worked! I'm sure glad I have a smart 4yr. old who likes to follow the rules!
Here are some pic's of those sweet little boys of ours...

For Christmas Kevin got tennis lessons from his Mimi Janet! Here he is at this first lesson. He has really been enjoying it.

Here's our sweet Ashton

Check out Jordan's new 'Baby Legs' (baby size leg warmers) Aren't they so cute?!

As a side note, Jordan is getting his hearing tested on Tuesday. He failed his newborn hearing screening in the hospital. His doctor said she has never had a patient fail the second hearing screening after failing the first. So many things could come into play such as fluid in the ears from birth etc. He seems to hear just fine to us, so hopefully he will test just fine. I have to bring him in hungry, tired and grumpy. That will be fun. They want me to feed him there and put him to sleep there so that he will sleep through the whole testing process. They allow 2 hrs. for the appointment. I will let you know how it goes. Please pray for Jordan. Thank you!
