Yes, this is a little late but not any less important. Our Kevin received recognition as the "Student of the Year" from his kindergarten class at his year end assembly in June! Of course we were so proud :) Kevin enjoys school and loves learning. I am preparing myself for him to be gone from 8:30-2:50pm come fall when he starts first grade!
Im already starting to miss the days when there was no preschool or elementary school. I fondly remember all the days Kevin and I had together when he was a baby, just the two of us, before any siblings were conceived. That is a special time you can only have with your first born. I can't believe how grown up he is getting!
